If we cancel your order, you will be notified and refunded.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed.

Due to the nature of live plants:

  • We do not accept general returns

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof

  • Minor imperfections are normal and not considered damage

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage due to weather if protection was not selected

  • Neglect after delivery (e.g., leaving plants outside, improper care)

Any resolution (replacement, credit, or refund) is at our discretion.
