Refund Policy for WandeesFlowers.com (Wandee’s Flowers)

At Wandee’s Flowers, we take great care in preparing and shipping healthy, high-quality plants. Because we sell live products, our refund policy is designed to be fair while also protecting the natural nature of plants.

Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.
 

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of live plants:

  • We do not offer automatic refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • All sales are considered final once the order has been processed and shipped

  • Plants are living products and may naturally vary in appearance
     

2. Damaged or Unhealthy Arrival (DOA Policy)

We want your plants to arrive healthy and thriving.

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Email us at [Insert Your Email Address]

  • Include clear photos of:

    • The plant

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label (if possible)

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement plant (if available)

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund (depending on the situation)

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
 

3. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but stolen after delivery

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.
 

4. Weather-Related Damage

Because we ship live plants, extreme temperatures can affect plant health.

  • We strongly recommend selecting heat/cold protection options when available

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by weather if protection is declined
     

5. Plant Care After Delivery

Once a plant has been delivered:

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care

  • This includes overwatering, underwatering, lack of sunlight, or environmental stress

  • Plant care guidance is provided as a recommendation, not a guarantee
     

6. Refund Approval

All refund decisions are made at the discretion of Wandee’s Flowers after reviewing the claim.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
     

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Shipping costs (unless we made an error)

  • Plants damaged due to neglect after delivery

  • Discounted or clearance items (if applicable)

  • Orders where incorrect addresses were provided
     

8. Exchanges

If eligible and inventory allows, we may offer:

  • A replacement plant instead of a refund

  • Store credit for future purchases
